Rate Information

Home Sweet Home has reasonable rates that are comparable to the other cleaning services in the area. The cost of the cleanings takes into account employee wages, supplies, travel costs, taxes, insurance, and all of the other little things that make it worth hiring a cleaning service over a maid.

One-Time Deep Cleanings
One-Time Deep Cleanings are billed at $25 per hour per cleaner. We will almost always bring 3 cleaners to the deep cleanings, for maximum efficiency.

Initial Cleanings
For initial cleanings for new clients, we charge $22 per hour per cleaner.

After the initial cleaning, you will be given two options:
1) A flat rate. I will tell you the price for the services that we agree on during the walkthrough and after the initial cleaning, and that will be the rate that you pay for every cleaning. This is the most popular option because it allows you to, well, never think about your house cleaning again! There are some restrictions to the flat rate, for example if you have just had a party and your house needs significant extra work, there will be an extra charge.

2) Hourly. You can choose to continue paying hourly at $22/hr per cleaner. In this option, we discuss your cleaning priorities, and how much we could get done in the amount of time that you request.
